When you engage Creative Flow, the specific services to be provided are outlined in a signed proposal or contract. An event is considered confirmed only after we receive a signed proposal, a deposit payment, and your event details. Quotations are valid for 14 days, and final pricing is confirmed in the signed contract. We reserve the right to discuss or adjust services if event requirements cannot be met.
Payments follow a clear schedule as outlined in your contract. If you need to cancel your event, cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you notify us. Any requested changes to event scope must be submitted in writing and may incur additional costs or require revised timelines.
Creative Flow is not responsible for issues caused by third-party vendors, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients agree to hold us harmless for claims arising from their own actions or provided content. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. We maintain confidentiality regarding client information and event details.
