Payment Policy
Creative Flow follows a simple and transparent payment schedule for all events. A deposit is due upon booking to confirm your event date. Additional installments are then due at agreed milestones, with the final payment due shortly before the event date. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, cheques, credit/debit cards, and cash. All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees, and applicable taxes will be clearly shown on your invoice
A detailed quotation is provided before any work begins. Once you approve the quotation and sign the agreement, an official invoice is issued for each payment installment. A receipt is provided upon successful payment. For events with larger budgets, alternative payment arrangements may be discussed with our finance team.
If you cancel your event, refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. Earlier cancellations receive a higher refund, while later cancellations may receive a reduced refund. All refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe following approval. Any adjustments to your event scope may result in a revised quotation, which will be communicated to you in writing before implementation.
